RSS NewsfeedDevelopment Centres
In partnership with SHA leadership leads, the National Leadership Council is offering a two-day leadership development centre. The leadership centre has been created and piloted by NHS East of England, NHS Yorkshire and the Humber and NHS North West. Materials have been development by OPP.
Participants at the development centre will be given personal review time, individual feedback from facilitators and fellow participants, and development planning. This opportunity is being provided free of charge to participants, including overnight costs, if needed. Backfill/locum cover for attendees should be met through local arrangements.
Following a pilot in late 2011, a "group" development centre is now also available - and is now proving very popular with emerging CCG leadership teams as they prepare for applying for authorisation.
