Emerging Leaders - Vanguard Programme

The Emerging Leaders work stream, led by Alex Bush has commissioned the NHS Institute of Innovation and Improvement to deliver an exciting new programme called ‘Vanguard’.

The Vanguard Programme is a 6 month leadership programme for emerging leaders and their sponsors. The programme aims to develop skills to deliver improvements in quality and productivity, build leadership and improvement skills and to engage and energise others for change.

The closing date for application is the 9^th August 2011. All applications need to be submitted to your regional contact. (Regional contact details can be found by following this link)

The Emerging Leaders Vanguard Programme will be officially launched on the 8^th September in a Central London location.

Key speakers at this event will include:

Alex Bush - Programme Director, Emerging Leaders and National Programme Lead, Graduate Management Training Scheme
Helen Bevan - Director of Service Transformation at the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement.
Jim Easton -National Director for Improvement, Department of Health

02 August 2011 : 4th August 2011 NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme Graduation

To celebrate our 2007 – 2008 Graduate scheme trainees’ success, we are holding a Masterclass and Graduation event on the 4th August.

The Masterclass will take place from 11am through to 5pm in Birmingham and our Graduation event will follow from 7pm with certificates being presented by Sir David Nicholson, NHS Chief Executive, and Awards presented by Sue James, Programme Lead for Emerging Leaders
