Emerging Leadership Programme

The Emerging Leadership Programme aims to:

• Develop emerging leaders networks to bring together the next generation of leadership talent
• Reposition existing national leadership development schemes for graduates and potential leaders to ensure they are robust and fit for purpose
• Work with Strategic Health Authorities to enhance regional aspiring leaders programmes
• Encourage executive coaching programmes to give new and emerging leaders direct access to top NHS leaders
• Establish talent tracking guiding principles to support SHA progress monitoring and the maintenance of accurate information.
